ESO is happy to announce the next La Silla Observing School, which will be held in February 2025 at the ESO premises in Santiago de Chile and at the La Silla Observatory.

During two weeks students will have a hands-on real-life experience on the full cycle from observation planning, observing with professional telescopes (NTT and 3.6m telescope at the La Silla Observatory) and the data reduction and analysis afterwards. All this will be done with the help of experienced tutors.
The registration will be open from 1st to 30th September 2024.
