Beta-95NOV Release

In addition to the previous announcement of the Beta-95NOV version, 
two new products are also included in this release:

- MOS Context

  The MOS context has been developed by the Observatory of Heidelberg in
  the context of the FORS data reduction software development. The context
  includes a tutorial (TUTORIAL/MOS) and documentation will be provided 
  with the 95NOV doc.

- XEchelle GUI

  A MOTIF GUI for the new version of the Echelle package is provided and
  can be activated with the command "create/gui echelle". The GUI is for the
  moment a preliminary version, containing most of the functionalities but
  not fully finished. All comments will anyway be appreciated.
