Delay times of dfos tools

Certain dfos tools are operationally critical since they close the QC loop between the Paranal Observatory and QC Garching. In particular, autoDaily provides incremental processing of nighttime and daytime calibrations and feeds back product quality and instrument health information.

This set of WISQ pages monitors the delay of the autoDaily processing, defined as the time between the acquisition of a file (the ARCFILE name) and the end of AB processing. The average delay for daytime calibrations (processed successfully in the first attempt) is expected to be 30 min (from the once-per-hour cronjob pattern of autoDaily) plus the DTS delay (being less than 10 minutes).
