The possible values that can be returned by comparing Durations/Epochs. This definition is taken from the CORBA Time Service. "TCIndeterminate" is not used here and could be removed. DWF-how are these being used or are they being used at all??? Enumeration values: TCEqualTo  TCLessThan  TCGreaterThan  TCIndeterminate
