Dear Participants,

Herewith we would like to ask for your feedback on few items and draw
your attention to the latest news and information on the ESO workshop
"Baryons at low density: stellar halos around galaxies".

(1) The most frequently asked questions and information for
participants are now posted under the link "New: Note to participants" on
the workshop web page:

(2) As you'll see in the Social Events section, the workshop dinner
will be on Wednesday evening, February 25, 2015 at 7 pm. The dinner is
included in the registration fee. 

If you **DO NOT** plan to come to the workshop dinner or you have an
accompanying person, PLEASE let us know by Wednesday next week (18.02.2015)
at the latest, by replying to this e-mail, as the LOC needs to provide
the final number of dinner attendees to the restaurant.
 
(3) We will have available a Mac and Windows laptop with standard
presentation software in the meeting room. To easy the switch-over
from one speaker to the next, we request that the speakers send
their presentations in advance to Stellar Halos 2015 e-mail list:
stellarhalos2015@eso.org.  It would help us if you use your last name for
the filename.

In particular for speakers of the first session on Monday 23.02,2015,
please send us your presentation before Monday 13h, to be ready
when the workshop starts.  

Using your own laptop is strongly discouraged.

(4) We will collect all the presentations and post them on the
workshop web page, since there are no published proceedings for this
workshop. 

Please let us know in case you DO NOT want to have your presentation
linked.
