Page limits and further directions will be given at the conference. --- Abstracts: We have received almost all abstracts (thank you!), but a few are still missing. If you have not yet sent it, please do so now in so that we can include it in the abstract booklet. --- Transport: We have a bus from ESO-Santiago to Viña on Sunday afternoon to be there in time for the reception, and one back on Friday afternoon after the conference. The bus takes about two hours. On the way back, the airport is en route to ESO-Vitacura, so if there is demand we can have the early bus stopping at the Santiago International Airport, probably around 18:15. Santiago departure: Sunday, 15:00 at ESO Viña del Mar departure: Friday, 16:30 and 17:00 at Hotel San Martín. Please let us know beforehand if you want to take the bus from Santiago to Viña del Mar. Transfer from the airport to ESO is of the order of 14000 to 16000CLP with an official transport. Transfer tickets can be purchased just before the exit of the baggage claim area. ESO's street adress is: Alonso de Cordova 3107 Vitacura In case the driver is not sure where this is, tell him it is "al frente de CEPAL", which is a United Nations facility just across the street from ESO. For the option of being picked up by the ESO-contractor, please check information at http://www.eso.org/sci/meetings/IHOT09/travel.html --- Accommodation: We have rooms blocked at the conference rate at the Hotel San Martín (http://www.hotelsanmartin.cl/old/index.htm) until Feb. 12. Please make sure you have your accommodation arranged until then. If you want to share your room to save costs, please let us know by email to ihot09@eso.org as soon as possible, so we can finalize the sharing list.
