ALMA winter panorama

A panorama of the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array, or ALMA, amongst the snow-capped peaks in the Chajnantor plateau, 5000 metres in altitude in northern Chile. ALMA is the world's largest ground-based facility for observations in the millimeter/submillimeter regime.
