there's no need to register as all users with ESO Email Address
can login to %WIKITOOLNAME%. But most likely yo must be added
to one of the %USERSWEB%.TWikiGroups.

If you do not have an ESO email address !@eso.org or !@partner.eso.org,
you must find a sponsor (colleague) inside ESO who can register your TWiki 
account. That sponsor must fill in

Most likely yo must be added to one of the %USERSWEB%.TWikiGroups
before being able to access password protected pages or being
able to edit pages.
