Path for no-problem MOUS with pipeline cal. and manual imaging

Description of individual columns

• State:
  • The present state of the MOUS or GOUS
  • This is an active field: clicking on it will permit to perfrom a (valid) state transition
• Cal Analyst
  • The person or system to which the calibration of the M/GOUS is assigned (or, if the calibration is already finished: the person or system who did it)
  • A question mark behind the name indicates that the person was contacted and asked if he/she could do the calibration but he/she has not confirmed yet
  • This is an active field if the MOUS is in state "ReadyForProcessing":
    • clicking on it will open a dialog and permit to select an analyst from the database of available analysts
    • once confirmed, the analyst is contacted by email and asked to confirm whether he/she can accept the assignment
    • when the analyst confirms (by logging into the PT and setting the state of the MOUS to"ManualCalibration", he/she is sent the assignment, the question mark behind the name is removed
      • for the purpose of confirmation, the analyst will look at the QA tracker view with only those MOUSs visible which are assigned to him/her or for which assignment has been offered
      • if the analyst is marked as "external" in the database of available analysts, the raw data staging is initiated at the ARC of the analyst
    • if the user selects the analyst "pipeline", the calibration in the pipeline will be initiated
  • If the MOUS is in a state different from "ReadyForProcessing", clicking on the field will only show the email address of the analyst
• Img Analyst
  • The person or system to which the imaging of the M/GOUS is assigned (or, if the imaging is already finished: the person or system who did it)
  • A question mark behind the name indicates that the person was contacted and asked if he/she could do the imaging but he/she has not confirmed yet
  • This is an active field if the MOUS is in state "ReadyForImaging":
    • clicking on it will open a dialog and permit to select an analyst from the database of available analysts
    • once confirmed, the analyst is contacted by email and asked to confirm whether he/she can accept the assignment
    • when the analyst confirms (by logging into the PT and setting the state of the MOUS to "ManualImaging" resp. , he/she is sent the assignment, the question mark behind the name is removed

      • if the analyst is marked as "external" in the database of available analysts, the raw data staging is initiated at the ARC of the analyst * the raw data staging will only be done if the analysts did not do the calibration and there was no change in the data since the calibration was completed * if the calibration was done by the pipeline, then also the pipeline product package will be staged
    • if the user selects the analyst "pipeline", the imaging in the pipeline will be initiated
  • If the MOUS is in a state different from "ReadyForImaging", clicking on the field will only show the email address of the analyst
• Project ID
  • the project ID, e.g. 2012.1.00123.S
  • this is an active link; clicking on it will open a new tab for the user with project prep ticket
• Exec
  • the executive to which the M/GOUS belongs
• Pref ARC
  • the preferred ARC
• SB Name(s)
  • the name(s) of the SB(s) in the MOUS
  • this is an active link; clicking on the individual SB name will open a new tab for the user with the PT search result for this SB
• Band
  • the frequency band of the SB
• Num EBs
  • for each of the SBs in the field "SB Name(s)": N/M where N is the number of QA0_PASS EBs and M is the number of expected EBs, e.g. "2/3"
• Last EB date
  • The date and time when the presently last EB was observed (end of observation)
• QA0
  • The date when the QA0 on the presently last EB was completed
  • this is an active field; clicking into it will open AQUA in the QA0 view for the last EB
• Cal Start
  • Date and time of the start of the calibration
  • The background colour of the field indicates the system state:
    • white: cal not yet started
    • yellow: cal in progress
    • green: cal completed, ready for QA1.5
    • red: cal crashed
• QA1.5
  • The date and time when the inspection of the calibration products began
  • The background colour of the field indicates the system state:
    • white: not yet started
    • yellow: QA1.5 in progress
    • green: QA1.5 pass, ready for imaging
    • red: QA1.5 fail, needs investigation
  • this is an active field; clicking into it will open AQUA in the QA1.5 view for the M/GOUS
• Imaging Start
  • Date and time of the start of the imaging
  • The background colour of the field indicates the system state:
    • white: imaging not yet started
    • yellow: imaging in progress
    • green: imaging completed, ready for QA2
    • red: imaging problem, needs investigation
• QA2
  • The date and time when the inspection of the imaging products began
  • The background colour of the field indicates the system state:
    • white: not yet started
    • yellow: QA2 in progress
    • green: QA2 pass, ready for packaging
    • red: QA2 fail
  • this is an active field; clicking into it will open AQUA in the QA2 view for the M/GOUS
• Delivered on
  • The date and time when the delivery email was sent out
• Staging Time
  • The length of the period of time between the end of the observation and the beginning of the calibration
  • if the calibration hasn't started yet: the period between the end of the observation and the last refresh of the table (+ the text "so far")
• Analysis Time
  • The length of the period of time between the beginning of the calibration and the end of QA2
  • if QA2 hasn't finished yet: the period between the beginning of the calibration and the last refresh of the table (+ the text "so far")
• Delivery Time
  • The length of the period of time between the end of QA2 and the completion of the delivery
  • if delivery isn't completed, yet: the period between the end of QA2 and the last refresh of the table (+ the text "so far")
• Time from Obs to Delivery
  • The total time from the end of observations to the completion of delivery
  • If the delivery hasn't completed, yet: the period between the end of the observation and the last refresh of the table (+ the text "so far")
• Comments:
  • any comments that were entered
  • this is an active field: clicking on it will open a dialog to permit editing the comments
  • in case of negative decisions (user chooses FAIL states in the "State" field), the user is asked to enter a comment here
