This is the trending plot for the ISAAC twilight flat QC parameters of the SW-arm

QC values are derived from post-pipeline QC scripts, hence there are no Paranal values for inclusion.

These plots describe:
1. Sample mean of the master twilight flat. The window of the sample is [200 700 300 800] in the UL quadrant.
2. Sample mean of the master twilight flat. The window of the sample is [700 700 800 800] in the UR quadrant.
5. Sample mean of the master twilight flat. The window of the sample is [200 200 300 300] in the LL quadrant.
6. Sample mean of the master twilight flat. The window of the sample is [700 200 800 300] in the LR quadrant.

3. Sample stdev of the master twilight flat. The window of the sample is [200 700 300 800] in the UL quadrant.
4. Sample stdev of the master twilight flat. The window of the sample is [700 700 800 800] in the UR quadrant.
7. Sample stdev of the master twilight flat. The window of the sample is [200 200 300 300] in the LL quadrant.
8. Sample stdev of the master twilight flat. The window of the sample is [700 200 800 300] in the LR quadrant.

The color coding is : green for H, blue for J and Js, red for K.

The mean and stdev QC1 parameters are sensitive to residual stars and residual star traces,as well as to changes in the overal slope of the master flat field. Find more information about ISAAC QC parameters derived from twilight flats here.
