Visual and speckle observations from the Washington Double Star catalog
can be plotted if a startable with good epoch 2000.0 positions is loaded.
The coordinates are used to locate a binary in the WDS. The data are placed
into a file /tmp/wdsdat.psn, which can be read by AMOEBA for
orbit fitting.
