The ASWG and the SST have an opportunity to pose questions to the various instrument study teams in preparation for the Woods Hole meeting in September. John Mather and Pete Stockman have started this process off with an email from 29 June. There were also some spectrograph questions posed by the Huchra committee which were answered by the relevant teams.
Knox Long has posted (3 August 99) a similar page of questions at STScI.
As part of the SST IFS/MOS trade-off study, a list questions and concerns is being collected regarding specifically the spectrographs but also the issue of parasitic light for all instruments.
Please email any questions you may have to Bob Fosbury who will ensure that they are sent to the instrument teams.
