ALGORITHM
CERTIF Reasons for rejection: saturated spectra; less than 1000 ADU in continuum for telluric standards in VIS/NIR arm
COMMENTS The script is used for STD_FLUX_SLIT_STARE as well, a very rare RAW_TYPE, since flux stds are acquired with the NODDING template
Only in the first years flux stds were acquired with the OFFSET template
