QC1PLOTS
top

sciifu1.png
upper panels: extracted spectra for three fibres
lower left panels: details of sky spectrum with comparison to nominal wavelengths of sky lines
lower right panel: reconstructed field of view; combined image for all 4 quadrants
sciifu2.png
upper panel: IFU_SCIENCE_REDUCED, 2D image of all fibre spectra
lower panel: IFU_SCIENCE_REDUCED, detail of central area
QC1PARAM QC1 parameters written in QC1 database: ids_rms | num_lost_total
ALGORITHM Description of algorithms:
ids_rms: rms of dispersion solution, taken from calibration
num_lost_total: total number of fibres that could not be calibrated
CERTIF Reasons for notes in GEN_INFO/NOTES.txt:
IFU image not well reconstructed (zigzag pattern); not well wavelength-calibrated, i.e. skylines at wrong positions
