QC1PARAM QC1 parameters written in QC1 database:
QC1 DB names: fiba_counts_max_blue | fiba_counts_max_red | fibb_counts_max_blue | fibb_counts_max_red
| fiba_snr_avg | fibb_snr_avg
ALGORITHM Most pipeline QC parameters come per order.
For the QC1 database, either average/RMS values are calculated or values refer to the central order.
CERTIF No recurrent issues.
