right: current map - reference map
flat4.png
S/N per pixel, only available if there are at least 3 flats per set of frames;
area on detectors 1 and 4 that can be vignetted or contaminated by adjacent orders
is shaded in grey

|
QC1PARAM |
QC1 parameters written in QC1 database:
QC1 DB names: badpix | mean_level | mean_flux | rms_master
|
|
ALGORITHM |
mean_level: average of the median values of the input frames
mean_flux: mean_level divided by NDIT*DIT
rms_master: standard deviation of the master product
badpix: number of bad pixels; a pixel is identified as bad
if its value in the normalised master frame is outside certain thresholds
(currently outside [0.1,10.0])
|
|
CERTIF |
Reasons for rejection:
for flats that are used for science, S/N should be above 250 in the unvignetted area;
maximum flux should not exceed 10000 ADU
|
|
COMMENTS |
Reference frames are only available for (ref. wavelength, baffle position, lamp name):
2199.100_15.000_Emitter, 2199.100_15.000_Halogen, 1090.400_25.000_Halogen, 3218.600_25.000_Halogen, and
