3D slice of the z=2 universe: Raw data
Alfosc run: 20-25 May 2001 (pilot study)
Observers: Johan Fynbo, Mathias Egholm and Michael Weidinger
Weather: Median seeing 1.0" FWHM
Data: Imaging data of fields GRB000301C and GRB000926.
Comments: This run was for a separate programme which pre-dated
the z=2 slice project, but using the same filter. As we later decided
to use those same fields for ``early flanking fields'', this run is now
included as part of the bulk data.
Alfosc run: 17-22 October 2001 (shared run)
Observers: Palle Møller and Margrethe Wold
Weather: About 10% lost to weather, median seeing 1.3" FWHM
Data: Imaging data of fields 0010 (primary) and 0726
(secondary).
Comments: This run was shared with another programme, the theory
was that we could optimize the use of the telescope this way. In reality
it turned out that the other programme mostly needed the RA range of our
primary field, so the sharing turned out to be an advantage for the
other programme, but forced us to spend most of our time on a
secondary field. This prompted us to chose a different observing
strategy.
Alfosc run: 15-18 November, 2001
Observers: Johan Fynbo, Michael Weidinger and Tom Theuns
Weather: About 75% lost to weather, median seeing 1.6" FWHM.
Data: Imaging data of fields 0010 (primary) and 0726
(secondary).
Comments:
15-16.11.01 40% lost to humidity, median seeing 1.6" FWHM
16-17.11.01 40% lost to humidity, median seeing 1.6" FWHM
17-18.11.01, 100% lost to humidity

Alfosc run: 06-13 February, 2002 (parasite run)
Observers: Michael Weidinger and Mathias Egholm
Weather:
Data: Imaging and spectroscopic data of field 0726.
Comments: Those nights were actually allocated as two runs for
two other projects, and most of the time was used for those. Only the
time where the primary projects could not be executed was then used to
observed the 0726 field. Part of the time the seeing was too poor to
be useful for imaging and instead we attempted spectroscopic
confirmation of a candidate emitter.
NOTCam run: 01-04 April, 2002 (parasite run)
Comments: Allocated
Observers: Johan Fynbo +++
Weather:
Data: IR Imaging of field GRB0926.
Comments: Those nights were actually allocated for another
projects, and most of the time was used for that. Only the time where
the primary project could not be executed was then used to observe
the GRB0926 field.
