Captains power
--------------
- Setting the teams. I.e. if the captain likes to change the A/B
  team pairings on the Calendar, then she/he may do so. I should
  be informed at some point though, so that I can update the
  Calendar.
- Deciding place and time to meet. This should be done after
  consulting the players, and the captain has to make sure that
  all players are aware of changes to place/time.

Captains responsibilities
-------------------------
- Making sure that all 4 players know where to meet and when.
- Calling in reserves if one of the players suddenly has to drop.
- Letting me know if things change that requires me to update the
  calendar.
- Making sure that someone brings 2 decks of cards (you can always
  borrow my decks, just let me know in advance)
- Keeping the score of the rubbers.
