Log-Viewer

The Log-Viewer was downgraded to the previous version
(i.e. same as in DevEnv 4.6), since fixes released
with DevEnv 4.7 were reported to give problems. See
Removed Features below.


Post-install
------------
Installing the alarm system is an optional step,
not contained in the standard install. If you
need it, please see the alarm system manual and
the Known Issues section below.

Before running postinstall for the alarm system,
first manually set the executable flag (chmod 755)
on /elt/ciisrv/postinstall/postinstall-alarm.sh
