These are the so-called "seeing indicators", i.e. variables which may show a correlation with the amplitudes. (They are also used for the phase calibration, using "Time".) Data from the Mark 3 interferometer on Mt Wilson often showed a strong correlation with the DelayJitter. However, for NPOI we usually just choose a time dependence and calibrate program stars pairwise.
