The Util menu items work as follows.

• Edit: manual editing using boxes
• Window: specify plot range with a box
• Range: type in plot ranges w/out the need to have a plot window present
• Mean: place a box and have the mean and rms values computed
• Identify: click data points and have them identified
• H-Line: display a horizontal line and move it for measuring purposes
• V-Line: display a vertical line and move it for measuring purposes
• FIT: display a widget for fitting various functions to the displayed data
