For backwards compatibility the FITS files are not updated.
Thus, the descr. HIST_BINS which the statistics command would
have added to a bdf frame is not written.
With
Midas> set/midas f_update=yes
this is changed and also FITS files overwritten.
After that
Midas> plot/histo toto0001.mt
should work.
