Dear Luisa,

we had the same problem in october 1999 with MIDAS 98NOV. We repeated
on different machines with enough virtual memory but the problem
remained the same. On our report to MIDAS at that time we got the
answer,
that there is a bug in MIDAS which should be fixed with the next patch.

In Feb 2001 we got the same error with MIDAS 01FEBpl1.0 and we could
reproduce it also with MIDAS 99NOVpl2.2. We reported that to MIDAS but
it seems that there is no fix available.

We were able to find a workaround which was adequate for our problem.
