Yes I am afraid that for 99NOVpl2.0 I definitely get the error message:
    Warning: Unknown modifier name:   E

...and I am definitely unable to edit the various fields in the XLong (crea/gui
long) window. And I definitely downloaded the libXm.so.1 from the ESO ftp site
and long.exe certainly seems to be finding the right one... (see below).

Sorry the news isn't more positive!
