If after all you have to write your own iodev.c module,
it would be easier if you take the module iodevg.c in/
the directory /midas/98NOV/local/libsrc/os/unix which contains the
generic driver, and use it as your template file.
The template should then be copied to
/midas/98NOV/local/libsrc/os/unix/iodev.c if you have
this directory already, otherwise to /midas/98NOV/libsrc/os/unix/iodev.c
