eclipse newsletter 4.2

Dear eclipse users,

This new eclipse release has mostly been triggered by
the need to deliver a new version of the ISAAC pipeline
to Paranal, and at the same time establish a baseline
for the NAOS/CONICA pipeline. You will not find many
new things in here if you are not concerned by these
two instruments.
