The ISAAC pipeline as understood in the DataFlow context is described in its own document 1.1 describing the design and installation procedures for the ISAAC pipeline. Bear in mind that this manual is intended for DataFlow operation people who want to get a better insight about how the recipes are being implemented in the control-room in automatic mode. The current document, on the other hand, is aimed at describing the algorithmic concepts present in the recipes, and provide help for users who want to analyze data from ISAAC.
