EXPTIME, NDIT and DIT

Up until March, 2000, the EXPTIME keyword was defined as NDIT $\times$ DIT. This caused some confusion as the frames are the average and not the sum of NDIT exposures. After March, 2000, the EXPTIME keyword is set to the DIT.
