Components with strong outgassing

White vacuum grease     (Tyreno Fluid, Vacugrease F-V2)

White Vacuum Grease

A similar spectrum as for the dark vacuum grease was measured. However, here the emissions only appear at higher temperatures and this grease seems to produce less potential contamination.

Constant lines emerged primarily at 75° C:

Line [amu] Fragment ions
31 CF+
47 (not identifiable)
69 CF3+

Semistable lines were found at:

Line [amu] Fragment ions
40 C3H4+
45 (alcohol)

Outgassing of the white vacuum grease at 75° C.
