Parylene Coated fiberglass epoxy plates

Two samples were tested at 85 °C, one was uncoated, one was coated with Parylene. The difference of the two spectra show a few critical lines at higher amu-values.

Permanent new lines were found at:

Even though we found many new lines (most of them non-permanent), these were all very small and the overall emission of the heating element did not exceed the background's contribution substantially.
