Components with slight outgassing

Small black internal connectors (Harwin Data Mate)

Because of their tiny size, we inserted six of these devices onto the probe holder. A slight emission, probably related to the black plastic, was detected at:

Line [amu]	Fragment ions
30	C₂H₆⁺
31	CF⁺, CH₂OH⁺
55	C₄H₇⁺
56	C₄H₈⁺ ?

At higher temperatures, the lines of 55 amu and 56 amu appeared also in the background. The utilization of the internal connectors for the heating of the probe holder may serve as an explanation for that.
