ALMA signatures
On 6th of December 2005 ESO signed the contract with Alcatel Alenia Space, European Industrial Engineering (Italy) and MT Aerospace (Germany) consortium that resulted in providing ALMA with more than 25 antennas. The contract, worth 147 million euros, was the largest contract ever signed in ground-based astronomy in Europe.
