TIMMI2 gets a new Life
Working on TIMMI2, the Thermal Infrared MultiMode Instrument dedicated to probe the 3 micron to 25 micron wavelength range.
TIMMI2 is a multi-mode (imaging, polarimetry, and long slit spectroscopy) instrument and has been operative on the 3.6-metre telescope at ESO's La Silla Observatory from October 2000 till September 2006.
