Elias Torres' farewell party in 1987
This picture shows (from left to right) Pedro Marin (ESO driver), Albert Bosker and Elias Torres. Elias Torres was the first ESO driver who participated in the site explorations for the VLT. He accompanied La Silla director, prof. Arne Ardeberg. This picture was taken on the occasion of Elias Torres' farewell party circa 1987.
