Night-time at La Silla
Home to many of ESO's telescopes, including the ESO 3.6-metre telescope and the New Technology Telescope (NTT), La Silla Observatory is located in the Atacama Desert in Chile, in one of the most arid and remote locations in the world. The Observatory is pictured here at night.
