Two domes in the Atacama Desert
This image shows the Swiss 1.2-metre Leonhard Euler Telescope in the foreground and the ESO 3.6-metre telescope higher up in the back. These two telescopes are part of the La Silla Observatory that is located in the vast landscape of the Atacama desert in Chile.
