Looking out
Four behemoths make up the Unit Telescopes (UTs) of ESO's Very Large Telescope, located at Paranal Observatory in the Chilean desert. This fisheye photograph shows the UTs open and busy observing.
Such an image could be shown in planetariums worldwide, such as in the ESO Supernova Planetarium & Visitor Centre in Munich, Germany.
