1 INTRODUCTION

1.1 PURPOSE

This document is the user manual for the INS Common Software module, the Protocol Converter (PCO).The purpose of the PCO is to interface CCS Message System processes with external processes, like On-Line MIDAS and Archive. In this release only On-Line MIDAS is supported.

1.2 SCOPE

The users of the PCO module are CCS applications with a need for exchanging data with external processes.
