HLCC Documentation project

This project is used to generate the global documentation for HLCC.

The user manual is stored directly here in PDF format obtained from the MS Word shared document:

• HLCC user manual - One Drive folder

The code documentation is generated using doxygen merging together the information collected from all projects (interface and software, now).
The command to generate the documentation from the folder containing this file is:

> waf configure build install --with-docs
