This plot

This is the trending plot for the ISAAC Hawaii structural noise (fixed pattern noise) QC parameters derived from DARK frames.

QC parameter are derived from post-pipeline Quality Control processes in Garching, hence there are no values from Paranal to be included.

Method: take a simple standard deviation of the MASTER_DARK frame quadrant, no clipping is applied. This paramater is by intention sensitive to changes in the number and strength of hot pixels. The robust scatter of the MASTER_DARKs is trended by the FPN QC parameter

These plots describe:
1. stdev mode = DoubleCorr, quadrant = upper left (UL),
DIT=10sec (RED taken daily via health check),
DIT=5sec (BLUE, acquired as part of the calibration plan to reduce twilight flats) and
DIT=2sec (GREEN, acquired as part of the calibration plan to reduce photometric zeropints) and
any other DIT (BLACK)

2. stdev As Fig.1, but for UR quadrant
