	PWV project

XSHOOTER has a set of telluric standards in each night with a science OB. These data are processed by the pipeline and analyzed on the fly by a routine which measures the equivalent width of all telluric lines in a specified window. The results are transformed into PWV values using a curve-of-growth. This method is called WLAMBDA method and has been implemented by Reinhard Hanuschik.

For UVES, the set of flux standard stars measured for efficiency monitoring are evaluated by a similar method.

Find here the WLAMBDA plots from XSHOOTER telluric spectra and from UVES flux standard spectra. This method has been applied until end of September 2020 and has then been discontinued.
