This plot
When FINITO is used as a FT, the data are recorded and attached as additional
extensions to the AMBER files.
These data are analyzed by a python script (provided by A. Merand) running on
the DFO machine, an optimal
DIT is calculated for the different pairs of input channels and an optimized
AMBER DIT is produced as a QC parameter.
Plot 2 shows the optimal DIT for the combination of the 3 Input channels (input channel: 13/beam AB/bas 12-35/BC/23-15/AC/31)
.
For more parameters concerning the RMNREC data go to the amber_rmnrec qc1database.
General information
Click on any of the plots to see a close-up version.
The latest date is indicated on top of the plot.
If configured,
- data points belonging to the latest date are specially marked
- statistical averages are indicated by a solid line, and thresholds by broken lines
- outliers are marked by a red asterisk. They are defined as data points outside the
threshold lines
- "aliens" (= data points outside the plot Y limits) are marked by a red arrow (↑ or ↓)
- you can download the data for each parameter set if the 'Data downloads' link shows up
