Col 1: UT Date, format yyyy-mm-dd

Col 2: UT Hour. Negative UT indicates observation began on the previous UT day.

Col 3: Altitude resolution (meters) - the width of each SLODAR resolution element. 
The first resolution element is centered at the telescope altitude. 

Col 4: Fried parameter r0 (cm), measured by (Noll) fit to the variance of the 
atmospheric Zernike aberration coefficients.

Col 5 - 12:  integrated Cn^2 turbulence strength in SLODAR bins 1 to 8, units x 1e-
15 m^1/3. 

Col 13: Integrated turbulence strength for all altitudes above the SLODAR maximum 
direct sensing altitude (i.e. total turbulence strength - integrated turbulence strength 
for the 8 directly sensed altitude bins). Units x 1e-15 m^1/3
