Help for DFOS explorer

This tool explores your DFOS installation and compares it to a reference installation. It gives you feedback about missing tools or outdated versions.

The table is split into three parts:
'workflow part' applies to the daily workflow (PRE = pre-processing, PROC = pipeline and QC processing, POST = post-processing).
'step' applies to the daily workflow and roughly shows the sequence of workflow steps.
'DFOS tool' links to the tool file (browser view) if the tool is installed.

'installed version' lists the version of the installed tool (read from $TOOL_VERSION). It is not available for some 'older' BET tools (like cdbIngest).
'latest available version' takes the latest version from the web.
If a comparison between both reveals a mismatch, an alert is shown, with an option to upgrade.
If a tool is missing, an alert is shown, with an option to download. Presently both options will download you the tar file and do nothing more. This will become more comfortable in the future.

'documentation' links to the help page for the tool.
'config files' links to an interactive editor session of the configuration file(s) which exist for the tool.
'applicable' lists whether a tool for the daily workflow is run on ALL files, CALIB files or SCIENCE files.

The refresh option on top makes the HTML table self-updating, once it has been created by a command-line call of dfosExplorer. The tool also maintains itself in the sense that all job files necessary to tune the browser to a GUI are created by the tool.
