Chandra Observations of Galaxies: X-raying galaxy evolution

High resolutions sensitive observations with the Chandra X-ray
observatory give us a unique view to study populations of accreting
binaries, the hot ISM, and the full range of nuclear activity.  This
talk will address recent results on all these topics, and in
particular will address the deep observations of the nuclear region of
NGC 4151, which are providing a direct observational view of
AGN/galaxy feedback.
